The staff was Great!! They were able to accommodate my early check-in. This was so appreciated. I was there to attend a dinner/meeting event, and as such (IMO), they had upgraded my room. It's was a wonderful gesture. All the staff we came in contact with were very kind and professional. From the front desk, the staff in the restaurant and the cleaning staff. Each person initiated a welcoming conversation.

Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Molly and Jennifer helped us out when we arrived and where really helpful with some questions we had. Jennifer helped us a lot with recommendations on where to go explore and eat. She always has a friendly smile and asked us everyday how we were doing and to enjoy our exploring day. She made me feel very welcoming and made it feel like I was at home with one of my friends. I would like to thank her for such an amazing experience at the Marriot. I also love the location of this hotel everything was 10 min away or walking distance.

We liked the hotel on the river. We walked along the river in the morning. We liked the 3rd Floor Lounge with the Drinks / Snacks and the Breakfast. We liked the Coffee shop in the hotel. The valet person was very nice!!

The waterfront location was great with easy access in/out by car. The breakfast was excellent, the bed comfortable, and the staff welcoming and responsive to our requests.

All the staff was pleasant and helpful, ( especially the morning staff at the restaurant). Rooms were clean and beds super comfortable. The The location was perfectly located across from the river walk.

It was our 50th anniversary, and the hotel assigned a lovely room with a river view on a high floor. They also were very prompt with a "romance package" of champagne and chocolate as soon as we got to our room. All the staff were courteous, friendly and helpful- like they really enjoyed their jobs!

The room was super comfortable! The bed was super comfy and fell asleep without any problems! I normally don't sleep well the first night in a hotel.

The room was very spacious! The air conditioning was a bit loud, but it kept the room exceptionally cool during the intense heat.

The room was clean and modern. The beds cozy but pretty low, which was fine. Loved the lighting options (headboard lights, lamps) but the room always seemed dark. We couldn’t get the thermostat to stay so the room was either freezing or sweltering with no regulating anything in between. But we had a great time and the staff was wonderful, especially the front desk. So kind and patient when I checked in.
